Seeking a highly motivated and attentive bookkeeper to join our growing company.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Produce work with high level of accuracy
  • Professionalism and Organizational Skills
  • Associates Degree & 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge in Sage50 software
  • Quick Learner
  • Work in fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent Multi-Tasking Skills

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain record of financial transactions
  • Update and maintain general ledger
  • Reconciliation of entries in the accounting system
  • Recording of debits and credits
  • Maintain the trail balance
  • Account Reconciliation to assert accuracy of transactions
  • Knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
  • Maintain and Report Monthly remittances
  • Monitor project budgets
  • Manage daily payables and receivables
  • Manage monthly tenant rents for rental properties
