DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

As part of the Finch West Light Rail Transit (LRT) Project, crews will be working on Highway 400 ramp tie-in paving. This work involves grinding, base preparation, asphalt, and line painting work, for all entrance and exit ramps of the Highway 400 at Finch Avenue West. It is scheduled to start on the weekend of Friday, November 4, 2022, and will last for four(4) weekends approximately.

PVMS Boards will be placed to inform the public of the closures. Sidewalks and crosswalks may be closed periodically. Minor field modifications will occur when needed to complete work safely and minimize impact on the public. There will be a Paid Duty Officer, flaggers, and detour signs to direct traffic, as needed. We will continue monitoring noise and vibration levels during these activities to identify the need for mitigative actions.
