Throughout the history of Emery Village, there have been many people that have contributed to its development, some of whom were commemorated by the dedication of a street name, including Ron Atwell, Fred Young, Jim Baird, Jason Allison, Adam Oates, Judy Sgro, Sergio Marchi, Lou Pomanti, Lee Jackson, Jorma Palomaki, Carol McCartney, Gilbert Parotta, Betty Nagel, Ted Wray, Odoardo Di Santo, Bob Yuill, Isaac Devins, Thomas Griffith, Charlie Jordan Road, Mary Chapman, Joseph Griffith, one of Emery BIA founders, Bob Chabot, musical artists Claudio Vena and Alfie Zappacosta.
