- Basic accounting knowledge
- Understanding accounting practices

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Produce work with high level of accuracy
- Professionalism and Organizational Skills
- Associates Degree & 3 years of experience
- Knowledge in Sage50 software
- Quick Learner
- Work in fast-paced work environment
- Excellent Multi-Tasking Skills
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain record of financial transactions
- Update and maintain general ledger
- Reconciliation of entries in the accounting system
- Recording of debits and credits
- Maintain the trail balance
- Account Reconciliation to assert accuracy of transactions
- Knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
- Maintain and Report Monthly remittances
- Monitor project budgets
- Manage daily payables and receivables
- Manage monthly tenant rents for rental properties
